About Us
Jiangsu Gian Powertrain System Co., Ltd.(short name is GPT), whose predecessor was established in 2019, is named Jiangsu Gian Transmission BU. GPT specializes in the design and manufacture of mechanical hinge and motor transmission products and provides customers with overall transmission system solutions.
Since its establishment, GPT has performed excellently in many projects, the hinge products are widely used in TWS earphone cases, laptops, folding phones, and AR/VR. Motor transmission products are widely used in home appliances, automotive actuators, security and monitor products robots, etc.
GPT is equipped with professional manufacturing and test equipment, for hinge products, GPT has semiautomatic production lines, torque tester, rotation angle tester, life test equipment, etc.
Regarding the motor transmission, GPT has the PM stepper motor production line, peristaltic pump automatic production line, BLDC motor production line, gear motor assembly lines, electrical parameter test equipment, gear measure center, life test equipment, industrial CT, salt spray test, noise test room, etc. GPT has a complete quality control system and has set up a long-term strategic cooperation relationship with top brand customers all over the world.

MIM technology offers several advantages, including a simple process, low cost, minimal cutting, high economic benefits, high density, excellent mechanical properties, and smooth surface finishes. It efficiently produces parts with complex structures in large quantities, often eliminating the need for further finishing and reducing part costs. MIM can produce parts with more complex shapes. Essentially, any structure that can be achieved through injection molding can also be produced using MIM.

Excellent physical and chemical properties
MIM boasts excellent physical and chemical properties due to its firing density being very close to the theoretical density. For example, its mechanical strength greatly exceeds that of traditional powder metallurgy.
Excellent precision and appearance
MIM achieves a tolerance accuracy of ±0.5%, with even higher precision possible through additional processing. The sintered part's surface roughness (Ra) can reach 1μm, and surface treatments can create a stunning finish.
Thin design and production
Wall thicknesses less than 6mm are suitable for MIM. Thicker walls are possible but more costly due to longer processing time and additional materials. Extremely thin walls (<5mm) can be achieved with MIM but require very precise design.

Powder and Binder Preparation: Blend and granulate the powder and binder.
Injection Molding: Conduct injection molding with an injection molding machine.
Debinding: Remove the binder from the molded parts.
Sintering: Sinter the debound parts to achieve the final density and mechanical properties.
